Flat Rack by Kolpin Powersports

Expand your ATV’s hauling capacity with the Kolpin Powersports ATV Flat Rack. Engineered for durability and versatility, this flat rack is designed to maximize your cargo space while maintaining a low-profile fit. Whether you’re tackling rugged trails, hunting grounds, or farm chores, the ATV Flat Rack provides a reliable platform for carrying gear, tools, or supplies with ease. Its heavy-duty expanded steel platform ensures stable support for both small and large items, while the open-mesh design allows for easy cleaning and prevents debris buildup after long rides.

This rack mounts securely to the front or rear tubular rack of your ATV using the included U-bolt hardware, offering flexible installation options to suit your needs. Constructed with 1-1/2" steel tubing for superior perimeter strength, the rack also includes a 1-1/4" center space that allows it to easily fit machines with vertical rear rack loops. The powder-coated finish adds an extra layer of protection against rust and corrosion, making it ideal for year-round outdoor use in any environment.

Designed to fit most ATV models, the Kolpin Flat Rack offers a generous platform measuring 40" long by 33" wide by 6" high. It’s perfect for transporting camping equipment, coolers, toolboxes, or hunting gear. The included hardware kit features everything needed for secure installation, including base mount plates, spacer plates, square and round U-bolts, carriage bolts, and flange locknuts—all zinc-plated for long-lasting durability. This practical upgrade enhances your ATV’s functionality without compromising style or performance.

While it is designed to fit most tubular rear racks, composite racks may require slight modifications for proper installation. Always consult your vehicle’s operator manual to confirm compatibility and safety requirements. Whether you use your ATV for utility work, outdoor recreation, or adventure riding, the Kolpin Powersports ATV Flat Rack is a dependable solution to increase storage capacity and keep your cargo secure on every journey.
