Can-Am Outlander 1000R/800R/650/570/500 Sport Muffler by RPM Powersports

Upgrade the performance and sound of your Can-Am Outlander with the RPM Can-Am Outlander Sport Muffler, engineered for riders who demand both power and precision. This lightweight 3/4 slip-on exhaust system delivers a deep, aggressive tone that enhances your ATV's sporty character while optimizing exhaust flow for noticeable performance gains. Specifically designed for Can-Am Outlander 1000R, 800R, 650, 570, and 500 models, this muffler is the perfect balance between style, durability, and function.

Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, the RPM Sport Muffler ensures long-lasting strength and resistance to the harshest riding conditions. Despite its rugged build, it weighs only 8.2 lbs, significantly lighter than the stock exhaust, helping to reduce overall weight and improve handling. The internally baffled, single-chamber design enhances exhaust efficiency, providing up to a 15% increase in exhaust flow and an estimated 2–3 horsepower gain without the need for additional tuning.

Installation is simple with its direct slip-on replacement design and included stainless hardware. Every kit also comes with a removable quiet core insert, allowing riders to customize their exhaust note for either a bold, sporty sound or a more subdued tone when needed. The polished stainless finish adds a premium aesthetic that complements the aggressive styling of the Outlander, making it a performance upgrade that looks as good as it sounds.

Whether you’re exploring rugged trails or powering through open terrain, the RPM Can-Am Outlander Sport Muffler delivers the perfect combination of performance, sound, and reliability. Designed for riders who want to maximize horsepower while maintaining a factory-fit installation, this exhaust system is the ultimate choice for enhancing your ATV’s performance and overall ride experience.
